MaidClean Pro House Cleaning Service

 An initial clean is the very first cleaning that MaidClean Pro does for you. The initial cleaning is a deeper cleaning that tackles all areas of build up to ready your home for maintenance cleaning.  Initial cleans take more time as MaidClean Pro gives your home extra TLC, getting all surfaces and nooks & crannies. Your home will absolutely sparkle after the initial clean and is now ready to be scheduled for regular interval maintenance cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).  The price for your maintenance cleaning will be quoted when the initial clean is completed.  There is a 2 hour minimum for initial cleanings.  Deposit required, taken off first maintenance clean.

Initial Cleans are necessary prior to maintenance service, no exceptions.

  We bring all the supplies, equipment, elbow grease and enthusiasm!  We use only Green, Eco Friendly products that contain no VOC's (volatile organic compounds) that can cause irritation to eyes, throats, breathing ,skin, children and pets. We bring the dusters, the mop, the vacuum cleaner, all cleaning products....everything we need to make your home look and smell MaidClean!

WEEKLY- a must for busy people who just don't have time to do more than a basic pick up/declutter.

BI-WEEKLY- good for those who do some maintenance themselves but need help with the heavier work.

MONTHLY- a great choice for those who clean their own home but want a good once over once per month. 

KITCHEN

wipe down all appliances (exterior), counters (we move everything), microwave inside & out, range hood, table and chairs, clean and disinfect sink, vac and mop floor, dust baseboards & windowsills & cobweb as needed.

Bathroom

Clean & disinfect tub, sink & toilet, inside & out,  mirrors, wipe vanity drawer & doorfronts as needed, dust windowsills, fixtures & cobweb as needed, vac & mop floor. Shake out area rugs. Empty wastebaskets

Living Rooms/Areas

Dust and polish  wood furniture, dust knick knacks (within reason-if you have large collections this will affect time and price),  & cobweb as needed,  tv screens, vac visible floor areas, mop if hard surface. Fluff throw pillows, shake/vac area rugs. Dust ceiling fans, baseboards and windowsills.  Empty wastebaskets

Bedrooms/hallways/stairs

Cobweb, dust all furniture, windowsills, ceiling fans,  & blinds.  Vac floors, mop if hard surfaces. .

EXTRAS Include: washing windows, washing blinds, wall washing, woodwork washing, laundry, changing linens, inside of cupboards, inside appliances & entertainment centers, removing books from shelves for dusting, dishes, attics, cellars, carpet cleaning,  anything NOT in your service agreement..IF YOU DESIRE AN EXTRA PLEASE CALL  OUR MAIN OFFICE TO SCHEDULE 48 HRS IN ADVANCE SO WE MAY ADJUST YOUR TIME AND GIVE YOU A PRICE FOR THE EXTRAS.  IF you want extras included in your regular maintenance cleaning every time just let us know so it can be included in your service agreement!  We will be more than happy to accommodate you!
